Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer transportation to/from kindergarten/dayhome/home?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer transportation to or from our facility.

I require childcare but also want the preschool experience, what should I enroll in?

We would suggest you enroll in our full day preschool option. You have the flexibility to drop off as early at 7:00am and pick up at 6:00pm. Our Discovery Playschool class follows a curriculum that prepares your child for our Little Learners Preschool curriculum. Our Little Learners follow our uniquely designed performing arts curriculum and our Creative Kinders is designed to supplement the Kindergarten curriculum!I

What if my child has allergies or diet restrictions?

We ask if children have allergies or specific diet restrictions that parents pack their snacks and lunch each day they are in attendance at our childcare facility. Food will be labeled and stored separately from all other foods. Discounts will not be offered for those with allergies or diet restrictions.

My child turns # on month/day; what program do you suggest I enrol them in?

We suggest you choose the program that caters to the age they will be the day you hope to begin childcare. For example, if your child is 17 months at time of childcare beginning, you will want to enrol in Mini Movers (ages 12-19months). Then, once your child has hit the 19 month category, they will be enrolled into the next age bracket as room permits.

I'm worried about covid-19 - are your staff vaccinated? What steps do you take to ensure the safety in your facility?

Our facility has taken many precautions to prevent and protect our staff and students from Coivd-19. CLICK HERE to see what we have implemented.

We do not require our staff to be vaccinated but the majority of our employees have chosen to get vaccinated against Covid-19.

Do you require kids to be vaccinated?

For licensing purposes, we only simply need to know whether or not a child is vaccinated for our records. We do not require children at AIMPAC to be vaccinated. If you have questions regarding vaccination and your child, we encourage you to consult your family doctor.

What if my child is sick and can't attend? Do I still have to pay?

Yes, you are still required to pay if your child is sick and cannot attend as the spot is reserved for you, regardless of attendance.

My child is a picky eater - what do I do?

Our Happy Cafe chef is a pro! We try our best to cater to many different taste buds while exploring different cultural cuisines. If your child is a picky eater, we will encourage them to try new things but will always have a stock of fruit, granola bars and other snacks to supplement your child if they are refusing to eat the snacks/meals prepared that day.

What do I have to bring for my child each day?

On the first day of childcare, please come prepared with: medications, a full change of clothing and two (2) days supply of diapers/wipes/lotion, if needed.

Each day you attend childcare, please come prepared with: water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, a small bag/backpack, indoor shoes, snacks/lunch (only applicable if you are in half-day programming or have allergies/diet restrictions).

Throughout the year, additional items may be asked to be packed (ie: sunscreen and a hat or rain boots and jacket). These will be announced with the monthly newsletter!
