Summer OSC at AIMPAC!

Summer programming at Arts In Motion Performing Arts Centre for Out Of School Age children in Grade 1-5 is offered with a uniquely specialized approach to creating the best summer your child could ask for! With exciting activities centered around music, dance, art, acrobatics, theater and the performing arts, there’s nothing that would quite compare to an AIMPAC SUMMER experience! Programming is offered for July + August in full time care, part time care and by the week options available Monday-Friday. Government subsidies are also available for qualified participants. Flexible drop off times available as early as 7am and as late as 6pm creates ease in those summer days to fit your unique schedule and family plans. Aerial Acrobatics (Silks + Hoop)
Acro Dance 
All dance disciplines
Field Trips
Outdoor time (lots of outdoor play!)
Themed Weeks (Science, Music, Space, Dance, Theatre, Circus)
Slime making

Creative Art Programming + Daily Crafts  

Program Dates: July 2nd – August 26th (8 Weeks)

Program Hours: 8:15am-5:30pm, Monday- Friday (closed for Stat Holidays) *extended drop off/pick up available upon request.

Tuition Fees:

Full Time: 

$1200/month

5 days per week for 8 weeks 

*includes one FLEX week ($300 credit). See notes below for details*

By The Week: 

$325/week 

*Select your weekly options (Mon-Fri) a-la-cart based on your unique summer schedule needs. Limited spaces available*

Part Time: 

$520/month – for 2 days per week (Mon/Wed or Tues/Thurs schedule)

$780/month – for 3 days per week (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tues/Thurs/Fri schedule)

*Available in 2 or 3 days per week options only. Must select the same days of the week each week of the summer program and must commit to the full 8 weeks of programming. Limited spaces available**

Registration Fees: 

$150 Registration Fee (nonrefundable) 

$200 Deposit on 1st Month Tuition *This amount will be put towards the first month’s tuition payment and is nonrefundable for any withdrawals that occur AFTER MAY 15TH, 2025. 

Note: Both fees listed above are due at the time of enrollment 

NEW Flex Week Policy: We are pleased to offer our full time Summer Program families the opportunity to take advantage of our FLEX WEEK POLICY. This policy allows you to select one week in the summer as a FLEX week:

• • Flex week requests must be submitted to the office no later than May 15th 
  • Flex week requests are not guaranteed and will fill on a first come first served basis. If you require a very specific week, it is best to submit your request early

• Flex weeks must occur in one week blocks based on the calendar week of Monday – Friday. NOTE: We cannot accommodate partial weeks even though they may equate to one full week (eg: Thursday of one week – Wednesday of another week or 3 days one week and 2 days a few weeks later – would not be permitted) In 2025, due to the placement of the July 1st Holiday, there are 2x partial weeks July 3-5 and August 25 + 26 combined to total a 5 day week. As a result, these weeks are not available for FLEX weeks. 

• Once you have submitted your flex week, there will be no guarantee that it is available to you should you wish to pick it back up again later in the summer

Registration Roll Out Information:

March 4th at 9am= Priority Access to Full Time Enrollment for Existing + PAST AIMPAC families

March 11th at 9am = Registration opens to the public
