Miss Rachel

My favourite part of working with children is watching them grow, learn, and reach important milestones. It’s incredibly rewarding to support their progress and celebrate each achievement, and I cherish the genuine connections built through every smile, hug, and moment of trust—the love and joy children share make this work truly meaningful.

I bring 13 years of childcare experience, including 10 years in England, where I worked in various daycares and earned my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education. I’ve also completed professional courses in early years development, behaviour management, and creative learning, which I love incorporating into engaging, hands-on activities. I pride myself on connecting with each child individually, fostering confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning in a safe and nurturing environment.

Working at AIMPAC is such a rewarding experience. The teamwork, support, and friendliness within our centre create a positive, caring environment for everyone. Watching children grow and being part of such a supportive team makes every day meaningful and joyful.

Miss Jowena

I love witnessing children’s growth each day—the way their curiosity, creativity, and personalities blossom when they feel supported and understood. Being part of those small yet powerful moments of discovery is what inspires me most.

I hold a Degree in Psychology and am a registered Midwife with four years of experience. I am completing my Diploma in Early Learning and Child Care this December 2025. I enjoy bringing creativity, nurturing care, and strong observation skills into my work, integrating health, emotional well-being, and child development knowledge to support children’s growth in all areas.

As a proud mother myself, I bring both professional and personal experience into my work with children and families, helping to create a warm, supportive environment where everyone can thrive.

Miss Ali

This is my first year at AIMPAC, and my favorite part of working with children is helping them through their day-to-day lives and celebrating their changes and accomplishments along the way. I’m currently working toward my Level 1 certification and also bring over five years of experience as a dance teacher and assistant at Dance Magic.

The best part of AIMPAC is the staff—everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand!

Miss Vanessa

I’ve been working in early childhood education for about three years, and one of my favorite things about working with children is seeing their unique personalities shine and watching their excitement as they discover new interests through play and creativity. I love keeping parents connected by sharing stories and highlights from their child’s day—it’s so special to celebrate those little moments together. I’m a dedicated and patient educator who finds so much joy in watching children grow through the arts, play, and imagination every single day.
