I’ve been with AIMPAC for four years, and my favorite part of working with children is seeing their growth throughout the year. It’s incredible to watch how much they learn and change, and I love that I get to learn and grow alongside them. I especially enjoy trying new things together, making mistakes, laughing, and being silly without judgment.
I hold a Level 3 certification and have completed several FLIGHT courses and E-Learning through ARCQE to continually grow my skills. I’ve also been learning about phonics and Alberta’s Kindergarten curriculum, and I use what I’ve learned to create a Kindergarten curriculum that stays true to AIMPAC’s roots while supporting the Alberta early childhood framework and what children are learning in their classrooms.
The best part about working at AIMPAC—aside from the children—is the team. Everyone supports one another, and I feel lucky to have so many knowledgeable, experienced colleagues I can turn to for advice, feedback, and support.

I’ve been with AIMPAC for three years and bring over 15 years of experience working with children. What I love most is how every day is different—their honesty, energy, and joy remind me to appreciate the little things.
Before joining AIMPAC, I worked as an educational assistant in kindergarten and grade one classrooms, and I am also a trained speech and language assistant with many years of experience supporting students in their speech therapy goals.
To me, AIMPAC is a safe, supportive space where children can truly be themselves. Watching their personalities shine and their friendships grow is the most rewarding part of my work.
