Miss Caitlyn - Staff Coordinator, HR + Operations Administrator

I’ve been part of AIMPAC and Dance Magic for three years, and I truly feel I’ve found my dream job. Coming from a background in office administration and professional theatre—specializing in costume design, music supervision, make-up, and light + sound operation—this role lets me flex both my administrative skills and my creative side.

I love working with our amazing team and walking through our bright, lively halls filled with friendly smiles and laughter. It’s become a real family affair: my daughter dances with Dance Magic, my son attends Arts in Motion, and my husband hosts the Dance Magic Recitals, Winter Showcase, and Heroes of the Heart Gala.

I feel so grateful to be part of a community where creativity, learning, and laughter come together every day.

Miss Sandi - Program Administration Supervisor

I have four years of experience in childcare. I love working with children because they remind us to appreciate the simple joys in everyday life—they show us that play isn’t a want, it’s a need!

I am a graduate of Psychology and Special Education, and before entering the childcare industry, I worked as a pharmaceutical product specialist, helping doctors improve patients’ lives. In a previous life, I was also a makeup artist and taught workshops on personality development and beauty. I especially enjoy singing (often off-key!) with children and engaging in circle time, where I love the questions they ask, the ideas we create, and the plans we dream up together.

At AIMPAC, every day is different—boredom doesn’t exist! I love being part of a team where everyone pitches in, helps each other, and is always ready with a hug when it’s needed. And yes, I start listening to Christmas music as early as September!

Miss Brianne - Program & Events Coordinator

I’ve been part of AIMPAC for about six years—going back to when we were just one preschool room! What I love most is earning a child’s trust and watching their personality blossom. Those little moments—when they light up seeing you, share their stories, or simply reach for your hand—are the ones I treasure most.

I bring a joyful energy and creative spirit to the classroom, shaped by my lifelong love of dance and music. With over 12 years of experience teaching at Dance Magic Studio, I’ve built natural connections with children through movement, rhythm, and imagination. Singing, dancing, and playing guitar are some of my favorite pastimes, and I love weaving creativity into learning.

Outside of AIMPAC, I’m blessed with a firefighter husband and a son who keeps me laughing every day. Together, we love adventuring near and far—I’ve traveled to over 20 countries and always carry that same sense of curiosity and wonder into the classroom. The families we serve and our incredible team are what make AIMPAC feel like home. I feel so lucky to be part of such a supportive, creative, and loving community.
