Miss Krystal
I’ve been with AIMPAC for two years and have three years of experience in childcare. I hold a diploma in Early Childhood Education and love the fun I get to share with the kids—whether it’s being silly together, or watching them learn and grow each day.
The best part about working at AIMPAC is the positive atmosphere and the amazing team that makes it such a happy place to be.
Miss Preet
I’ve been in the childcare industry for two years, and one of my favorite parts of working with children is getting down to their level and listening to their wonderful chats—I just love hearing what they have to say!
AIMPAC has taught me so much about working with children and being part of a supportive team. The connections I’ve built with the kiddos, the love I receive each day, and the laughter I get to share with both children and educators make me feel truly grateful.
AIMPAC is such a special place, full of fun and opportunities to grow and shine—not only for the children, but for us as care providers too.
Miss Arlene
I have been working with children for over 12 years, and my time at AIMPAC spans 4 to 5 years. I love working with children because it keeps me young and happy—by nature, children are active, imaginative, and creative, and being around them inspires my own creativity and sense of wonder. My days are filled with play, learning, and fun, making this a truly feel-good career!
I began my teaching journey in the Philippines, earning a Bachelor of Elementary Education and a Masters in Educational Management, and passing the Philippine Board Examination at the age of twenty. Over 20 years, I taught across multiple grade levels in public schools and enjoyed many proud moments as a teacher and coach, guiding students to success in Science Quiz Bees, Campus Journalism, and Sci-Art contests from the district to national level. I also served as the adviser for our multi-award-winning school newspaper, experiences that shaped my career with humility, grace, and wisdom.
After moving to Canada in 2013, I worked as a lead teacher at Angel Falls Montessori Daycare for five years, completing my diploma in Early Childhood Education at the North American Montessori Centre to become Montessori-certified. I then spent six years as a lead teacher at Happy Hearts Preschool Center in Whitehorse, Yukon, working closely with high-needs children, Indigenous families, and community support workers, including behaviour, language, social, and nutritional therapists.
In 2021, I joined Arts in Motion Preschool, and I am proud to be part of the Little Learners Room. I love working with the children and families here, and I feel fortunate to spend my days alongside such amazing colleagues who have become like family.
Miss Ali
My favorite part of working with children is helping them through their day-to-day lives and celebrating their changes and accomplishments along the way. I’m currently working toward my Level 1 certification and also bring over five years of experience as a dance teacher and assistant at Dance Magic.
The best part of AIMPAC is the staff—everyone is so welcoming, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand!
