Miss Venus

I’ve been part of the AIMPAC family for almost three years, and it has been an incredibly rewarding journey. My favorite part of working with children is creating fun, engaging experiences that inspire curiosity and support their growth and learning every day.

I hold a Level 3 certification and completed my two-year Early Learning and Child Care Diploma at Red Deer Polytechnic. As the oldest child in my family, I’ve always had a natural passion for caring for and guiding children. During my practicum with Family Services of Central Alberta, I had the opportunity to work closely with diverse families and community programs, deepening my understanding of early learning and development. Before pursuing early childhood education, I studied engineering—an experience that now helps me bring creativity and STEM-inspired activities into the classroom through play-based learning.

The best part about working at AIMPAC is the people—wonderful children, supportive families, and amazing coworkers who make every day positive, collaborative, and full of joy. It truly feels like a second home.

Mr. Nirmal

I bring five years of experience in the field. My favorite part of working with children is forming strong bonds and being a positive influence in their lives. Watching them develop new skills and knowing I can contribute to their well-being is truly rewarding.

I’m a Child and Youth Care graduate, a registered Behaviour Therapist, and hold a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification. My background allows me to integrate behaviour therapy techniques with fun, engaging activities that support children’s growth and development. I’m also an active member of the Alberta Child and Youth Care Association, where I continue to deepen my expertise in supporting children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Arts in Motion is such a special place—the positive energy, supportive staff, and focus on both child and staff well-being make it feel like a second family. I feel grateful to be part of a team that values growth, inclusivity, and joy for everyone who walks through our doors.
